1. What we collect

When you create an account via Telegram Login, we receive your Telegram user ID, display name, username, and profile photo URL. If you add an email address for account recovery, we store that as well. When you place an order, we collect the shipping and contact information you provide at checkout.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to manage your account, process orders, display your reviews (under your chosen display name), and communicate with you about your orders or account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be used to improve the platform.

3. Third-party services

PeptideMarket relies on the following third-party services:

• Telegram — for authentication and community features. Your Telegram data is governed by Telegram's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — for hosting, content delivery, and data storage. Cloudflare processes requests and may collect standard web analytics data (IP addresses, request headers) in accordance with their privacy policy.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept for a minimum of two years for dispute resolution and platform integrity purposes. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate platform interests (e.g., fraud prevention).

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a single HttpOnly session cookie (pm_session) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics pixels, or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
